Basically, it is a sound machine with a clock radio smartly incprorated. It also includes the same sounds found on the SS-2000. A nice feature on it is the projector. It will project the time and temperature on the ceiling, and has remote sensors for the indoor and outdoor temperatures. It is a great all-in-one package for nighttime relaxation. Another nice feature is that it has the ability to gently wake you up to natural sounds, but if that doesn't appeal to you it has a more conventional beeping sound on the radio.

Finally, the top-of-the-line Homedics Sound Spa is the Sound Spa Clock Radio with Ipod Docking Station. This model far exceeds the others with its newest feature of the Ipod dock. This model offers start of the art bass reflex technology for premium sound quality.
